YOUR ACCOUNT SECURITY

How We Handle Your Data and Account Safety

mawarroto keeps your account information encrypted and separates it from our game servers. We collect only what's needed for account verification, payment processing and fraud prevention.

Data Encryption

All account logins and payment details travel over secure HTTPS channels. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text on our systems.

Withdrawal Verification

Every withdrawal request triggers identity and payment-method checks before we process it. This protects your account from unauthorized access.

Cookie & Tracking Policy

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to recognize your device for security. You can clear cookies anytime; you'll be logged out and will need to sign back in.

Account Closure

You can request permanent account closure through Account Settings. We'll close it within 5 business days and delete personal data after 36 months per regulations.

Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a transaction or believe a withdrawal failed, email support with your reference number. We investigate within 48 hours and escalate if needed.

Fraud Prevention

We monitor deposits and gameplay patterns to catch fraud. Unusually large transfers or rapid account changes may trigger temporary holds for verification.

Frequently Asked About Our Terms

Below are the questions we hear most often about how these terms work in practice. If your question isn't here, contact support and we'll explain the rule and how it affects you.

You can update your phone number, email and withdrawal bank details anytime in Account Settings. Name and date of birth cannot be changed once verified; contact support if a correction is needed.

Deposits must come from an account in your own name. If we detect a deposit from another person's DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, we'll hold the funds and ask for proof of authorization to release them.

Your account remains active as long as you meet these terms. Inactive accounts (no login for 2 years) may be suspended, but you can reactivate by contacting support.

We can update these terms, but we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of your account after the notification date means you accept the new terms.

All game outcomes are recorded in your account history. If you dispute a result, email support with the date, game name and bet amount. We'll verify the result from our game logs within 24 hours.

If someone else accesses your account and withdraws funds, contact support immediately. We investigate and may reverse the withdrawal if we confirm unauthorized access. Always enable two-factor authentication to protect your account.

If mawarroto goes offline, active bets are paused and your balance is frozen at that moment. When the platform returns, your account resumes from that exact state. We do not compensate for winnings lost due to technical outages.
